2. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) 

Robotic Process Automation is automation where a computer (robotic software) handles existing company software in the same way that a user does. In principle it mimics a person’s action in completing rule-based tasks across multiple tools, data sources and outputs without need for IT software or EDI development.
